Here is the quick and dirty recipe for this card.
- Layer 1: Card base. Basic white – 8.5 x 5.5 – scored at 4.25″
- Layer 2: Poppy Parade Card Stock – 3 5/8 x 4 7/8″
- Layer 3: Basic White – 3.5″ x 4.75″ – Embossed with the Stitched with Whimsey Dies for a decorative border.
- The sentiment I stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink only Layer 3.
- Red Splatter on Layer 3 is made using Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blend Marker
- Stamp and color the sheep, party hat & balloon. Die cut all three pieces.
- Colors used: Crumb cake light & dark, Gray Granite Light &. Dark, Poppy Parade Light & Dark, Daffodil Delight Dark and the Color Lifter.
- Adhere Layer 3 to Red Layer 2 using glue or tape adhesive.
- Adhere the party hat to the sheep with liquid glue, then adhere the sheep to the front of the card panel with dimensional adhesive.
- Put one dimensional on the back of the balloon, then add a touch of liquid glue to the bottom of the string of the balloon and adhere it in place.
- Place stampin’ dimensionals to the back of the finished card panel and adhere it to the card base.
