I am a sucker for symmetry, so when I saw this stamp set, I knew I had to have it. This is a new release from Stampin’ Up called Today’s Tiles and I just love all the possibilities of this set.
The sentiments in this set are also very versatile. Also…do you know what Namaste means? I had to look it up…
Namaste: At the base level, namasté is a salutation of respect and reverence. A traditional Indian greeting, it literally translates to “I bow to you”.
If you love simple stamping and lots of color for quick and beautiful cards, this set is for you! If you’re interested in purchasing this set to have as your own, you can click here.
Below is a little slide show of the different cards that I made today.
I’m still building my inventory of Stampin’ Up Ink pads, so the colors I used today for these cards are just an assortment of different brands that I have in my personal stash.
I did all my stamping first. So I made several panels in various colors. Then I got out my tiny trimmer and went to town cutting all these tiles out. It really wasn’t that tedious – it went pretty fast.
Then, I just played with the tiles and until I was happy with the arrangement. I popped up each tile with scotch foam tape for dimension.
I needed to restock some birthday cards and so I’m super happy with how these turned out. I think I might try a few more color combos tomorrow.
