Welcome, crafters! I am thrilled to present to you the latest bundle by Stampin’ Up, designed to inspire your creativity and elevate your card making. In this blog post, we will explore the captivating features of this new Earthen Elegance Suite, including soft earthen textures, rich colors, and an exquisite stamp set with coordinating dies. Get ready to embark on a creative journey as we showcase five unique cards, each crafted using the components from the Earthen Elegance Suite Collection.
Each of the below cards will have a coordinating project sheet which I am calling Card Concept Sheets. This is something new that I am trying to see how you all like this and if you find it useful. So if you do, please leave me some feedback and let me know. My intent is to provide a basic layout with measurements that you can follow to easily adapt this design into any number of creations using just about any stamp and die set.
I want to start with this first card that is very simple and so very easy to put together. The hardest part is choosing your papers from all the gorgeous designs from this set – but I have done the work for you! This card was inspired by this photo (below left) that I found on Pinterest. I was having some creative block initially on what to do with this set, so rather than looking to see what other card creators have done with this set, I decided to search for pictures of “earthy clay pots” on Pinterest. This picture does not have one single pot in it but it really spoke to me so I created this card based on the what I saw in the picture. Please see Card Concept #2 for full dimensions and supplies used for this card.
My next card is simple and I loved incorporating the textured ribbon/twine into this card. The textures and colors from the designer series paper really make this card interesting, and I gave it a bit of bling with some adhesive backed sequins. This is based off of Card Concept Sheet (CCS) #3.
The third and fourth cards are made from the same card concept. I was looking at some older cards that I had made looking for layout ideas/inspiration and I came across one I made for Mother’s Day in 2022. It’s easy to get two cards of out this particular design and so I decided to give it a go.
This first card is the one I used for my inspiration. Still love this one…:)
And here are the two new cards I made using this design with the Earthen Elegance Set. This will be listed under CCS #4.
My final card is a fun fold. It was late and I was almost going to pack up and go to bed, but then I decided I wanted to showcase one more card using the gorgeous pretty peacock colors from the paper. This is one of my most all time favorite colors and so I was thrilled to see it showcased in the set of papers.
I hope I’ve been able to provide you with a bit of inspiration for this beautiful new stamp and die bundle. All the supplies used in these cards can be found in my online store. Check out the list of products below.
I have made a video tutorial for a couple of the cards showcased in this blog post that I hope you decide to watch. Just click on the link below.
