Oh my goodness…can you even believe we are almost through March? That means Easter is right around the corner, and so today I thought I would share with you a really cute treat holder for some chocolate foiled Easter eggs.

I made a video showing how easy these treat holders come together, but in case you don’t have time to watch, I also created a PDF instruction sheet that you can download.

The window is cut out from the front of this box using the Every Day Label punch and it’s just the perfect size. This is one of my most favorite go-to punches because it really is very versatile. I also use the Flowers of Friendship bundle (with the punch) to create the cute flowers that decorate the front of the box. This set is still available in the annual catalog but if you’re interested in the set, you should act fast because it’s possible that it will be retiring when the new catalog comes out.

Lastly, I use the double oval punch to create the sentiment. This punch is also a favorite and gets used a lot for smaller sentiments and having that scalloped oval shape to use as the background border just really makes all your sentiments pop.

Have fun making these adorable treat boxes. I use them as place settings at my Easter dinner table and you can even add a name tag to each one and guide your guests to their assigned seat. This design is also versatile and can be switched up. Think about a birthday party theme or even a baby shower theme – just switch out the decorative element in the bottom left corner. Have fun with it!
